22-year-old Jaco Geels went on a rampage at McDonald’s store in Greymouth when the staff forgot his chicken nuggets.
The New Zealander was outraged as he proceeded to jump on the serving counter and shoot the workers with Nerf gun bullets to show his anger.
As a result, the man was fined $100 for his actions and spent two hours in jail. He also described the incident to police as funny.
The Greymouth police, though, thought otherwise.
“It was quite a scary thing to occur,” a police prosecutor described the incident.
“It was real for the people who were there and they could have easily thought an armed robbery was in progress.”
