Information Concerning European Airport Closures

Latest up-date: 20 April 2010 3.00 p.m. GMT

Due to a plume of volcanic smoke drifting over Northern Europe, there are currently airport closures in many Western European Cities.

Topdeck are closely monitoring airport closures and offer the following advice for travellers undertaking Topdeck trips.

All Topdeck trips will be departing as scheduled including ANZAC. As ANZAC is an annual event however, Topdeck has a different policy to assist passengers attempting to get to Istanbul from those passengers joining our regular scheduled departures.

ANZAC
Topdeck encourages all passengers booked on ANZAC trips to make every effort to get to Istanbul. Those passengers, who can arrive in Istanbul before the evening of Friday 23 April 2010, will be transferred to Gallipoli in time for the Dawn Service at ANZAC Cove.

Contact Topdeck +44 20 8987 3305 to advise your intended travel plans.

For clients unable to get to Istanbul, Topdeck offer the following advice:

1. Clients can defer their travel to ANZAC 2011. Topdeck will provide a similar duration trip at the same cost with no administration fees.

OR

2. Clients can transfer the funds they have paid for their ANZAC trip to another Topdeck Turkey trip departing in 2010. This trip will include a visit to ANZAC Cove and the battle sites of Gallipoli. Passengers will in addition be able to claim the past passenger discount off their new trip price. No administration fees will apply.

The above offers are not transferable.

Scheduled Departures

Topdeck trips in all countries are operating as normal.

Topdeck will provide every assistance possible to help passengers connect with their Topdeck trips or join trips that have already
departed.

For passengers travelling before 15 May 2010 and who are unable to join their trip, Topdeck, subject to availability, will re-book clients on the same trip departing in 2010 with no administrative fees.

To avail yourself of this offer Topdeck must be advised of your circumstances and revised travel plans prior to trip departure date. If you do not advise or cancel your trip prior to departure date full cancellation fees will apply.

To discuss any terms and conditions applicable with Topdeck’s alternative travel plan options contact your travel agent or local Topdeck booking office.
