Invitation: University of Canterbury alumni function with UK New Zealander of the year, Katherine Corich

Dr Hamish Cochrane, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of the University of Canterbury, would like to invite you to a University of Canterbury alumni function in London. This will be a great opportunity to network with UC staff and fellow alumni living in your city.

Dr Cochrane will update you on the latest developments at the University and the campus plans. We are also delighted to have UC alumna and 2015 UK New Zealander of the year, Katherine Corich as our guest speaker.

Guest speaker: Katherine will tell you a little bit about her journey from UC to founding a global enterprise which continues to grow at 4 times faster than the industry rate. She will share stories of being among the first western consulting firms to work in Kazakhstan, leading change in a British iconic automotive brand through a period of eye watering growth for Britain’s automotive industry, and creating a corporate culture that has been adopted by many of Sysdoc’s competitors and customers as they strive to design diverse, inclusive high performing businesses.

Katherine will also introduce us to some of the employee led philanthropy projects which she and her teams work on including Christchurch Earthquake recovery activities and Child Protection in Brazil.
