Have you told yourself that you’d get back to your best and start going to the gym, or going for your weekly runs, or getting back to playing your favourite sport?

Why not give touch rugby a try instead, and get involved in many of the In2Touch and O2 Touch leagues, tournaments and free training sessions.

Touch is a fast-0growing sport in the UK and is getting people of all ages outdoors, to have some fun and enjoy the life sport gives to so many people.

There are Touch centres located all over England, form Bournemouth to London and all the way to Manchester. To find your local centre, go onto the in2touch website and enjoy learning what a fantastic game Touch is.

The typical league runs for about eight weeks, in the evenings during the week and in the afternoons over the weekend. You can choose to play on a specific night of the week as most venues in London have leagues running throughout the week.

We also understand that you may have lost contact with your school, university or club rugby mates. Fear not as you are able to join a league/session and sign up as an individual.

In2Touch London are putting on Free training and coaching session in March and April 2016. These sessions are going to be run at the same various locations the leagues are run at in the summer.

That is the only commitment needed from you now. All we expect is for everyone to come on down, be open to learning the game, and have a great time with people who are looking to learn just as much as you are.

These sessions are free and are being run prior to the leagues beginning in spring. So you will have plenty of time to get into the game and then look to join the thousands that are playing this amazing sport!

To sign up to one or more of these sessions, head on over to In2Touch.com, where you will find all the answers to your questions.

Still unsure if this is the right sport for you? Well, Touch is an all-gender sport. Within all the leagues there are teams that consist of men’s, ladies and even mixed teams. They all play in their separate leagues so you can choose to get the boyfriend involved and out of the armchair.

There are many videos out there that will give you a better idea of what touch is. Otherwise, give us a call and well be happy to answer any questions you may have. [email protected] or +44(0)20 85420827.
