After an action-packed year, what’s next for In2Touch in 2016?

The 2015 In2Touch calendar year is almost complete and it was one of the biggest years since In2Touch began running its league in London. What great signs for the year ahead.

There is just one round of fixtures left in the current Christmas Shootout, as well as in both Active Touch leagues, till the year comes to an end for all touch lovers. And then a well-deserved break to charge up the batteries and get ready for an absolutely jam-packed year of touch in 2016.

So what can you expect, and when can you begin to run off all the festive puddings that were guzzled down over the holidays?

Things kick off with the Sunday Winter league in Clapham Common. This starts in February, and then we have the Winter Active Touch leagues. We’re a growing sport where the demand is outgrowing the supply, so look out for new leagues at new venues in 2016.

The year does start slowly, but time does fly by and in no time the O2 Touch spring and summer leagues will begin. The best way to keep up to date and to not miss out, is to constantly check the In2Touch website and familiarise yourself with all upcoming leagues, tournaments and events.

Important key times/dates to remember are the starts of the Spring O2 Touch leagues across all seven London venues. These leagues will begin in the final week of April and registration for these leagues will open in February 2016.

Other key events are the annual In2Touch players Boat Party along the River Thames, and we cannot forget the ever-popular Social Fancy Dress World Cup. With a maximum of 20 teams, places for this must-do day are snapped up like a Black Friday special in November.

There is a full year of touch to come in 2016. To keep up to date with all activities and events make a note of the In2Touch online calendar. If there are any questions, why not get in touch with us directly at [email protected]
